A member representing Badagry Federal Constituency in the national assembly, Babatunde Hunpe, has assured that there was no cause for alarm over the quality of work ongoing in Gbaji-Apa-Owode road.
The lawmaker affirmed that expected quality of work would not be compromised if all hands were on deck to monitor and cooperate with the contractor.
He said, the construction work was on two legs; palliative and construction proper.
According to him, the construction work may take up to twelve months or more due to changes in weather.
Hunpe explained that there was request for palliative work on the yet to be scrapped portion of the road while construction continued on the Yeke/Ganyingbo portion.
