SANWO-OLU CHARGES AIDS AGENCY TO TRACK 60,000 UNTREATED HIV VICTIMS.

Lagos State Government says it is committed to scaling up community response to achieve a reduction in HIV/AIDS prevalence in the state.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu stated this at an event organized by Lagos State AIDS Control Agency on Formal Dissemination of Local Government Disaggregated Nigeria HIV/AIDS Indicator and Impact Survey Data and The Inauguration of the Lagos State HIV Consortium Group.

Sanwo-Olu said the event was for two purposes, saying there was a need to step up efforts on reduction in the prevalence of HIV/AIDS by stakeholders through enlightenment.
